Dokky is a product operated by Nalgo Consulting Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using Dokky, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” – refers to Nalgo Consulting Ltd, trading as Dokky
“You”, “User” – refers to any user of the Dokky platform
“Client Space” – refers to the workspace or portal area assigned to a customer
“Content” – refers to all files, data, documents, messages, and materials uploaded to Dokky
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dokky. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to upload or share any harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Accounts and Access
To access Dokky, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorised parties.
4. Payments and Billing
Dokky is a paid service. All pricing is listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payments are handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually). Failed payments may result in account suspension.
Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin automatically.
5. File Storage and Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Dokky. We do not claim ownership over your documents, files, or data.
You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. All AI chatbot functionality is powered by private retrieval (RAG), based solely on your uploaded content.
6. AI & Chatbot Use
The AI features in Dokky are powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). While the chatbot can surface answers based on your documents, Dokky is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of responses generated by AI.
Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated content before acting on it.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Dokky to store or share illegal or harmful content
Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Attempt to access another user’s Space or data
Use the platform to send spam or malicious code
Reverse-engineer or copy the service for commercial purposes
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Nalgo Consulting Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Data will be retained for 14 days post-trial or post-cancellation, after which it will be deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
Dokky is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or suitability for your specific use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of Dokky after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
